- Receive your story — Within 1-2 hours (24 hours max), you'll receive an email with your completed Life Story: a professionally narrated audio story and the full written text.
Most Life Stories are delivered within 1-2 hours of completing your order. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours during high-demand periods. You'll receive an email as soon as your story is ready.

We take your privacy seriously. Your conversation and personal information are used solely to create your Life Story. We never sell your data.
Conversation transcripts are deleted shortly after your story is completed. Audio files are available for download for 30 days, then permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
